Start by pretending to be happy. Smile, and smile a lot! Happiness is something you can fake until you feel more positive. While making yourself smile should start to make you feel better, it’s even better if you have something to smile about. Whenever you feel the need for an attitude adjustment, it’s always a good idea to step away and breathe. Even if it’s just 5-10 deep breaths, it will make a big different in how you feel.
If you need to have an attitude change, do it as it is healthy for you and everyone around you. You are the only one with the power to change your life. Decide to live a positive life. You can’t be thankful and stressed at the same time. So choose only positive thoughts. Don’t dwell on the negative. A good attitude will bring happiness and joy into your life. Those with a good attitude will have more friends and a better social life. Smile, create a good attitude, and enjoy life.
