Dreams make perfect sense when you’re having them.  Then the next morning, they leave you confused, wondering “where did that come from?”  Much of the basis for our dreams comes from our lifelong experiences coupled with our ideas for our future.  Dreams can guide us to get to know ourselves better if we’re willing to open our mind to the things our subconscious dreams about.

Meditation has been proven to be a key tool in helping people to center their energy and to get a recall on their dreams.  Meditation helps us to develop a growing sense of serenity and self-awareness.  All forms of meditation are good.  Twenty minutes is the ideal time for good meditation, using your favorite songs, or try a good New Age meditation tape.
