As a result of the universal law of every result has a cause, the energy you give out must come back to you.  It is important to have a regular meditation or spiritual practice to keep your mind clear and on the right track.  Meditation helps your thoughts and actions naturally go in the direction you want and your good karma, as a result of your established meditation discipline, happens automatically.

Meditation is a great self improvement tool if you try to have a sincere mind and heart, and you do it with the best of intentions.  When meditating, you can actually boost your energy vibration to a level equal to the current energy level of that which you desire.  When in a meditation state, the Universe receives a clear image of what it is that you would like to manifest.   If you meditate for Good Karma and Good Intentions, happiness will follow.

Love and accept yourself as you are right now. Start a list to remind yourself of all your wonderful qualities. Add to it every day. E.g., I am the most positive person I know.

Free yourself from past resentments and disappointments about who you were yesterday. Stop engaging in self-blame and guilt for past acts and omissions. Today is the first day of the rest of your life. Revel in it. As Scrooge announced on Christmas morn, “I am not the man I was!”

Let go of any and all resentment you’re hanging onto about everyone and everything else. Stop looking for reasons to criticize and blame others for their acts and omissions. Let go of your desire to control others. The past is gone. It is what it is, and cannot be changed. Let it go.

Stop giving your power away. Use your time, energy, and vitality wisely. Every time you choose to focus on a negative, you are depleting your reserves rather than re-charging your batteries.
