Focus on the positive in life, surround yourself with good people and train yourself to be aware of evil thoughts. When they pop up in your head, try to think the opposite. Over time, you will think evil thoughts less and less.
Take a look around you! If your not enjoying life then take out all the negative thing’s. Find things you love and people that care for your well-being. Use your imagination every day. Think creatively and have fun.
Life has a lot of simple things you can enjoy. But if you move too fast you will overlook most of them. So don’t be in a hurry. Don’t move too quick. Slow down and pay attention to the world around you.
If you constantly spend time with negative people, you’ll become negative as well. If you spend time around people with no ambition, you’ll find your own dreams slipping away as well. On the other hand, surrounding yourself with awesome people who want the same things you want in life will set you up for success.
We need to learn to relax, let go and enjoy life a little more. Things aren’t as bad as our minds are trying to make us think. They really aren’t.
Mark Twain said, “I have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.” The hallmark of depression and anxiety is worrying about something that hasn’t happened yet and might not happen at all. Worry means thinking about the future—and if you hoist yourself into awareness of the present moment, worrying melts away. Enjoy life right now, this minute, for that is really all we have.
