The Universe is sending you the right everything. You won’t realize this until you fully show up in the situation the way it is. In other words, whatever the circumstance, if you assume that the circumstance is perfect, then you live fully within that circumstance. How can I be the best I can be within the circumstance that is already? ~ Marianne Williamson ~
It’s important to practice gratitude. Being grateful is the most effective tool of life. It makes you aware of the most amazing things you have. We cannot stop life unfolding the way it does. So start now to accept the way things are and know that life is truly a miracle.
Learn how to relax. Relaxation teaches us to keep calm, to find space to reflect on life and to take things in our stride. If we don’t allow ourselves relaxation time, it can result in pent-up stress.
Many times we react to a situation as if we are a victim of circumstances that could never happen to anyone else, but nothing is as personal as it seems. Often, what happens has little to do with us or how we feel about it, as the way people behave has more to do with what’s going on inside them. People are people, none of us are perfect. Bad things happen to good people every day because life is beyond what we can understand, and there is a plan, we just don’t know what that plan is.
Many situations stop being awful once we get used to them and learn how to handle them. We shouldn’t be thinking about what we don’t have, and instead, start appreciating all that we do have. Secretly laughing at things is really a way to avoid being afraid of them or letting them have power over you. The more you can laugh at things, the easier it is to deal with the way they already are.
Living in the present is a part of any healthy and balanced approach to living. Choosing to live in the past or the future not only robs you of enjoyment today, it robs you of truly living. The only important moment is the present moment. Remember that nothing lasts forever.
Living fully within our circumstances is not always easy. The way in which we meet the trials of life depends on the way we inwardly see and believe things to be. If we see things from a purely human point of view, we will be discouraged and defeated. Victory comes from seeing them from God’s point of view. In doing that, we have to understand and believe that God rules over everything.
