If you begin to understand what you are without trying to change it, then what you are undergoes a transformation. ~ Jiddu Krishnamurti ~
Knowing yourself means respecting your values in life, your beliefs, your personality, your priorities, your moods, your habits, your magnificent body, and your relationships. Knowing yourself means understanding your strengths and weaknesses, your passions and fears, your desires and dreams. It means being aware of your eccentricities and idiosyncrasies, your likes and dislikes, and your tolerances and limitations.
Then there’s our spiritual self, that unseen part of who we are that provides our physical self with insight, intuition, and other ways of knowing and being beyond what our five senses experience in the physical world. Our spiritual self is that which connects us with each other.
