All I have seen teaches me to trust the Creator for all I have not seen. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~
‘In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. And the earth was formless and void, and darkness was over the surface of the deep; and the Spirit of God was moving over the surface of the waters. Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. And God saw that the light was good; and God separated the light from the darkness. And God called the light day, and the darkness He called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day.’ Genesis 1:1–5 ~
Take some time off of your busy days to spend some time acknowledging the wonder and delight of Creation. In the every day busy moments of our life, we can begin to lose our appreciation and wonder of God’s creation. We can grow desensitized to the details of life and the beauty of simple joys. Children are good at reminding us to slow down and enjoy those very moments, but even they need to be reminded sometimes to get out and appreciate nature and God’s creation.
Everywhere you turn in creation, there’s evidence of intelligent design, the work of the Master Artist. Take a closer look at the leaves, sticks, grass, petals, flowers and other parts of nature, and notice the amount of detail. Flowers blossom and add pops of color wherever they appear. All things which God has created are filled with wonderment and awe.
