Living with integrity means: Not settling for less than what you know you deserve in your relationships; asking for what you want and need from others; speaking your truth, even though it might create conflict or tension; behaving in ways that are in harmony with your personal values; and making choices based on what you believe, and not what others believe. ~ Barbara De Angelis ~
Integrity is the result of having lived through, and learned, enough of life’s lessons that the correct response and right actions become automatic in daily living. We must also have a basic level of honesty, to question what you believe you know, and to look for evidence that what you believe to be true is actually true. If you intermingle your feelings and knowledge with your words and actions, you will be actively living with integrity, which will result in you being respected by others, and in turn, boosting your own self-esteem. Your integrity is your Power!
