Physical activity helps the body release endorphins, which are chemicals in the brain that make a person feel good.  Spend more time with family and friends.  Being alone leaves you too much time to think, which is the last thing a person with anxiety needs.  Get out and experience nature.  Fresh air, a nice walk, and smiling are the best medicine.
