Are you in a slump?  Does everything and everybody around you remind you of your problems?  One of the best ways to change the way you feel is to change your environment.  When you get in a slump, you start to associate your problems with everything and everybody around you.  Don’t let your environment be a constant reminder of your problems.

Change things!  Change your scenery!  Cleaning things up, adding more lights, or including pleasant decorations, can completely change the mood of a room.  When you start to change things around you, your mood will pick up, and the people around you will start to look a little bit better.
