Some people are inspired on a daily basis.  Other people plug along, doing what they have to do every day, whether they are inspired or not.  How can we be inspired to be more excited to do good things and be the best we can be?

Keeping inspired is a lifelong journey, and most of us at one stage or another, have to face the challenge of being uninspired.  We need to keep on doing, keep on going, even if we’re tired — not motivated, even when we feel like there is nothing left within us to continue.  Find inspiration from others who have achieved what we are looking to achieve, or who are currently doing it.  It is important to get excited to break out of a slump.

Talk to others about what you are trying to accomplish, visualize it, think about what it would be like to be successful.  Then carry this energy forward and keep it going.  Write out a plan on what you want to accomplish, whether it is something personal, work related or deals with family and friends.  Whatever you do, don’t give up.  Stay with it for the long term.
