There is no one who can’t be helped by laughter.  Laughter, fun and joy can substantially ease your stress.  If you want to be healthy and happy, there’s no excuse, get out there and have fun, do something silly, laugh at yourself, laugh at life’s absurd moments, and laugh simply for the sake of laughing.  Laughter is available to everyone.  It is life’s mysterious health tonic.
