We can change our mental filter by allowing positive thoughts to shape the way we see the world. Pessimism can develop into a habit if we are not careful. Don’t let negative thinking into our mental filter. Look at the good in every happening. A stressful time with family or friends can give us an opportunity to see the inner strength that we all have. When we are stuck in traffic, take that time to organize our thoughts, our schedules, and maybe even our budget.
