Our inner self, or voice, uses what we have learned to automatically react to the everyday events in our life.  What we have learned through experiences enables us to act quickly to events around us.  We need to try and make everything we say and think a positive thought.  If we can do this, we can change the way we feel and react about things.

If this is new to you, start simple with these examples.  My life is a joy filled with love, fun and friendships.  All I need to do is to stop all the criticism, forgive, relax and be open.  When I believe in myself, so do others.  I release any desperation and allow love to find me.  I am my own unique self, special, creative and wonderful.

Positive Thinking can make all the difference in your life. If you want your thoughts positive, start by creating happy thoughts. Direct your thinking away from negative thoughts. Positive Thinking is contagious, so surround yourself with friends and family who look on the bright side of life. Have friends that know just what to say to make you feel like things will be all right. Talk about your negative feelings, you will feel much better if you do. Making someone else feel good about themselves can give you a positive thought to concentrate on.

Let go of the things that don’t really matter. Music is a great mood enhancer, listen to something upbeat. Think about a memory that makes you laugh. Check out a part of town that you love and spend some time walking around, breathing the fresh air. Every cloud has a silver lining. The world is about change. Make peace with your changes and understand that they don’t always mean the end of happiness, they may be just different. Notice all the beauty in everything that surrounds you. Take a minute to sit down and think of all the positive things that happened in your day. Never play the victim, everyone goes through things.

We at www.secretserendipity.com believe that sometimes all it takes to feel good is to put a smile on our face. We feel that we get back what we put out, so we are going to try putting out only positive thoughts.
