Saturn’s Return to Aquarius in 2023 – After a gap of 30 years, Saturn will, once again, come back to Aquarius – a sign that it owns and prefers the most. Saturn is the planet of time and change; hence this planetary movement will bring about important changes in lives of all zodiac signs in 2023.
Saturn’s Return to Aquarius in 2023!
On Tuesday, January 17, 2023, Saturn experienced a transit into its native zodiac sign, Aquarius. Saturn will remain in Aquarius until March 29, 2025, after that Saturn will transit into Pisces. This transit will be able to make a significant impact on the lives of the natives of all zodiac signs. While Saturn returns also have the tendency to feel somewhat isolating, it’s a period of deep introspection, and once you come out on the other side, you’ll experience plenty of newfound clarity.
Because Saturn is the planet of responsibilities, time, and wisdom, a Saturn Return is your astrological coming of age. It’s the push you need to enter true adulthood. Saturn demands that you take full and complete accountability for your choices, propelling major and challenging transformations. Saturn return takes things away that have outgrown their usefulness and brings things that will have more longevity.
Saturn’s Return to Aquarius 2023 – Realizing Your Potential!
A Saturn return to Aquarius is about understanding your growth edges. It has a way of bringing up realities about yourself or your situation that you have avoided in the past. It is the moment you realize there’s no one else to do this work. While it can feel daunting at first, this is exactly how you move into the next stage of realizing your potential.
Saturn’s Return to Aquarius 2023 – Relationships!
Saturn is the “most serious” planet in astrology. It controls time and represents change, work, boundaries, structure, and commitments. It is ruled by Capricorn, which means it comes with the same determined, bossy edge as all the other Capricorns in your life. If you’re single during your Saturn Return, you’re preparing in an energetic way for your partner, they’re preparing for you, and you’ll meet each other at the perfect time, after you’ve both done the work.
Saturn’s Return to Aquarius – Responsibilities!
Saturn in Aquarius is one of the more exciting placements for Saturn. Aquarius asks us to break the mold, mundane tasks take a different tone. Commitments take a different shape and so do responsibilities. You even view time as a different format, perhaps not feeling so constrained by it and instead ready to make it work for you. Then there’s faith. For you, faith becomes an essential part of life. Faith in humanity, faith that people will do the right thing, and faith that it’s all part of a better plan. Faith is essential for you and helps you maintain the vision of a new world, a world where the actions of all are for the good of many.
Saturn’s Return to Aquarius 2023 – Commitments!
Show up for yourself every day. Trust that every step is preparing you for something great. Commit to you. Commit to your dreams. Commit to your vision. Commit to your values. Commit to your integrity. Commit to your goals. Write a list of your non-negotiables and tape it to your bathroom mirror. Then make sure you read and absorb it often.

February 2023 Full Moon in Leo – The Age of Aquarius!
The Age of Aquarius has been associated with the hippies of the 1960s and ’70s, and often within the New Age movement. In both cases, the arrival of the Aquarian age has been associated with harmony and understanding, sympathy and trust abounding. And that brings us to the 1967 smash-hit musical “Hair,” with its opening song Aquarius, by a musical group called the 5th Dimension. The song opened with the lines: “When the Moon is in the Seventh House, and Jupiter aligns with Mars, then peace will guide the planets and love will steer the stars. This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius…” This will also be the beginning of Peace in the land as Aquarius moves into Pluto.
February 2023 A Time of Change!
The Age of Aquarius is a time of questioning and many people seem to feel a sense of foreboding. The anxiety that many of us feel is related to the energy of change. Change is hard for human beings and it takes us time to adjust. There have been so many technological and spiritual changes in the world. These changes took place at an alarming rate. The Aquarian Age has been dawning upon us and we are already in it. This is a time for all of us to start to question our beliefs and open our minds to the teachings of Christ and the great religions. It is a time to come together as a society and help each other instead of focusing on who is right and wrong and which religion is true or false.

Saturn will be in Aquarius for the next two and a half years, so get ready. The next few years are going to be a really exciting time to be alive

The in-pouring energies of Aquarius are pushing us to wake up to our true task as conscious beings and take up our role as the thinkers of the earth. As more and more souls awaken to this responsibility, things will begin to change for the better here on this beautiful planet we call home.

Actively taking the time to focus on being your best self and focusing on your family and friends enables you to be more compassionate and giving, and to love others in a better way. Moon Phases February 2022 – Aquarius Moon
February 1st brings the New Moon in Aquarius – For a couple of days each month we all get drawn into the influence of the Aquarius Moon. This is the time when we’re more inclined to march to the beat of our own drum. Aquarius is anything but cookie-cutter, and this lunation will have us trying to figure out what it is that makes us unique so that we can share it with the world.
The New Moon of February is a symbol of renovation, new beginnings, and fresh chances. And while starting new things is always difficult, the sheer act forces you to look inward and invest your energy in holistic health. If you find yourself dealing with sudden thoughts and newfound awareness, know that the lunar phase is preparing you for a purge. Clear your energy of everything that is not serving you and set intentions based around your most authentic self. There is no growth without shedding your old skin.
The Aquarius Moon could also have you feeling a little bit more rebellious and spontaneous than usual. You may crave freedom and a distraction from your everyday life. If you’ve been feeling stuck in a rut, this is when you’ll decide to change up your routine or break old habits.
Moon Phases February 2022 – The Snow Moon
Full Moon – February 16, The Snow Moon – The explanation behind February’s full Moon name is a fairly straightforward one: it’s known as the Snow Moon due to the typically heavy snowfall that occurs in February. On average, February is the United States’ snowiest month, according to data from the National Weather Service. In the 1760s, Captain Jonathan Carver wrote that the name used for this period was the Snow Moon, “because more snow commonly falls during this month than any other in the winter.”
The Full Moon of February is a time of reflection, and release. It is about how our energy is expressed in the world, and living in relationship to others. It is a time for releasing inhibitions to stepping out in the world, and noticing what is coming to fruition in your life. What is working? The Full Moon calls us to cultivate a cooperative dynamic with the world. It is time to receive support for what you are up to. This is the phase where the seeds we’ve planted start to blossom in the light.
Moon Phases February 2022 – The Moon and Venus
February 26: The Moon and Venus – Venus will shine brightly through February and into March. On February 13, it will hit its brightest point of the year. Then, in the pre-dawn hours of February 26, you can see the Moon and Venus coming close together to form a beautiful pairing. If you use binoculars or a telescope early in the month, you might be able to see the crescent phase of the planet.
When the Moon and Venus conjoin, we tend to feel more positive about our relationships and experience a stronger desire to connect to one another. The Moon and Venus conjoining means romance, passion, and pleasure, as Venus is actually the planet of pleasure. It’s also good for our individual well being which, of course, will positively influence your relationships. The Moon represents our emotions and internal state of equilibrium.

Age of Aquarius 2021: “In the Age of Aquarius, the power is turning over to the individual, and giving the freedom for you to choose your own reality based on what aligns with your soul.” —Adama Sesay, Astrologer –
Age of Aquarius 2021 – A Power Shift!
The Age of Aquarius follows a similar progressive, forward-thinking, “we versus I” mentality of visionary, rebellious, innovative, and eccentric people. It focuses on humanitarian pursuits of valuing each person’s individuality, holding and taking care of each other as a unit, and also disrupting the system when necessary. It is a time for kindness to others. As Adama Sesay, astrologer and creator of Lilith Astrology, points out, there will be a major shift in power dynamics in this era.
This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius…”
Age of Aquarius 2021 – Saturn & Jupiter!
Boundary-setting Saturn and big-picture Jupiter have spent much of the past year in cardinal earth sign Capricorn, but on December 17 and 19 respectively, they moved into fixed air sign, Aquarius, where they will both remain for much of 2021. It would be a mistake to think about Jupiter and Saturn’s time in Aquarius as what might come to mind when you think of the “Age of Aquarius” — an idyllic, anything-goes, peace and love paradise. Remember: Saturn is the planet of hard work, rules, and boundaries. Jupiter’s tendency to magnify doesn’t guarantee a positive effect; and for all its forward-thinking merits, Aquarian energy is still fixed, which means it could cause people on both sides of heated, communal, big-picture issues to dig their heels in on their beliefs.
Age of Aquarius 2021 – Energy of Change!
It is a time to come together as a society and help each other instead of focusing on who is right and wrong and which religion is true or false.
Age of Aquarius – Love to Others!
The Age of Aquarius invites us to elevate our souls through love of our fellow man. From an astrological point of view, two values represented by two opposite signs (and two planetary positions) are the focus of the Age of Aquarius, the Sun in Leo and Uranus in Aquarius. The Sun in Leo invites us to take care of ourselves, love ourselves and fully develop all our talents. Uranus in Aquarius invites us to show unselfishness and love to others. A fair balance is to be reached between one’s aspirations and needs and those of others. In the centuries to come, such fair balance should easily lead us down the path to happiness. The Age of Aquarius invites us to broaden our souls by showing love towards our fellow human beings.
Age of Aquarius 2021- An Exciting Time!
We will see things more clearly this year, but we won’t really feel change until Aquarius moves into Pluto in 2024. The Libra personality often seeks out strong friendships to balance their needy side. They have highly developed social skills but are really loners by nature. February 27 2021 Full Moon in Virgo! It’s time to strap on snowshoes in the back country, the Snow Moon rises at 3:17 a.m. Eastern time. This month’s Full Moon is also called the Storm Moon and the Hunger Moon.
February 27 2021 Full Moon – The Snow Moon!
The Moon will be located on the opposite side of the Earth as the Sun and its face will be fully illuminated. This Full Moon was known by early Native American tribes as the Snow Moon because the heaviest snow usually fell during this time of the year. Since hunting is difficult, this moon has also been known by some tribes as the Hunger Moon, since the harsh weather made hunting difficult.
February 27 2021 Full Moon – The Hunger Moon!
While some Native American tribes named this the Hunger Moon, others called it the Storm Moon. Some tribes referred to this Full Moon as the Full Hunger Moon. The late winter lunar cycle was called the Hunger Moon by many different peoples in many different languages, and always for the same reason. When you depend on the land where you live for food, and the land has been frozen for months, you are likely to be hungry. The Hunger Moon falls at the end of winter when game is scarce and predators are particularly hungry.
The power of this Full Moon pushes us aside and gets the ego out of the way, whether we like it or not, so that the Universe can do its part. But only for 48 hours. We build it here, and the Universe supplies the energy. But if we get in the way, well then the energy has nowhere to go and we wonder why we aren’t healthy, wealthy, happy or advancing. This day has a generally confident vibe to work with, reminding us that the key to creating our own luck, in most cases, is our ability to believe we are worth it and that we are ready for it. Believe in yourself!
February 27 2021 – Full Moon and High Tides!
During a Full Moon, ocean tides are higher than usual from an increase in the gravitational pull from the Moon and Sun. Considering that the body is 80% water, scientist and astrologers have often thought that similar effects happen in the body creating almost a “human tidal pull” that can affect brain function. Also, the Full Moon’s light is being shed on the dark parts of you, and when you allow yourself to open up, you make space for deep healing.
February 27 2021 Full Moon – Poor Sleep Quality!
A recent study, conducted under the highly-controlled conditions of a sleep laboratory during the Full Moon, found that people took five minutes longer to fall asleep on average, and slept for 20 minutes less overall, compared to during the rest of the month! The Full Moon disrupts the deepest phase of sleep, the REM phase, as the cosmic night light can cause poor sleep quality. Coupled with the potential for increased energy and restlessness, it may make sleeping during a Full Moon extra difficult.
February 27 2021 Full Moon – Great Time to Moon Bathe!
The Full Moon is a great time to ‘Moon Bathe’ and this can be done inside or out. Take a few minutes to sit under the light of the Moon and Meditate. Before you meditate, write down any thoughts, feelings or actions that you are releasing during this lunar cycle. Then, in a fireplace or clay pot, safely burn the paper on which you wrote. Actively let go of that which no longer serves Then, as you breathe-in, allow the Moon to warm your heart. We are often so busy taking in the energy of world around us that we forget to take in the energy of the world that lies within us. This is a time when you dive more deeply into what makes you YOU, as you cultivate clarity, vitality, and balance for your whole being.
Time for Reflection!
If nothing else, utilize this Full Moon as an excuse to make time for yourself and to reflect upon the vibes you emanate to the rest of the world. The Full Moon is a time of celebrating the ease in your life so that you can become clear on what is not in alignment and recognize what needs to be released in the next phase. The Full Moon is also a time to be quiet, to find your peace, to let go of some things. Take a deep breath and forgive others who did you wrong. You are actually doing it for yourself. Be kind, and you will always have peace.

A Leap Year is a Lucky Year. The energies are higher and filled with enthusiasm, optimism, compassion and love. It is a great year to search for spiritual wisdom.
Leap Year and Our Calendars!
A Leap Year is essentially a year when we play catch up to see that all is right between our calendars and our seasons. February 29th, or Leap Year Day, is added to the calendar during leap years. This extra day makes the year 366 days long – not 365 days, like a common year.
According to an Irish legend, St. Brigid arranged with St. Patrick to allow women to propose to men every four years. St. Brigid of Kildare bitterly complained to St. Patrick that women had to wait far too long for men to propose. The legend says that St. Patrick decreed the women could propose on this one day in February during the leap year.
To most, February 29th may just feel like an extra day, but if you challenge yourself to open your awareness and think about the deeper rhythm and flow of time in this Universe, you may just be able to tap into a new energy within your own soul. As this leap year day is located in the Astrological sign of Pisces, the energy and essence of Pisces is truly about connecting with our deeper consciousness, emotions and spirituality.
Leap Years are Special Years!
Astrologers also believe Feb. 29 specifically relates to unusual talents and personality traits. They believe people with a Leap Day birthday are also very optimistic yet strong in their beliefs, loyal and have a childhood innocence. Because such years are rarer than normal years, they have become lucky omens. Anything started on this day is sure of success.
Leap Year Day is Extra Special!
Make this day a day with no
responsibilities. What would you do with an extra day and nothing on
your “to do” list? Wake and bake cinnamon rolls or another
breakfast treat to start the day off “deliciously.” Do something
you keep saying you’ll do, but never seem to get it done.
It All Started with the Egyptians!
The traces of the 365 day calendar with a leap year was first invented by the Egyptians in the Egyptian empire. The goal was to make a calendar that copied the solar calendar, allowing them to keep their seasons on the right track.
Julius Caesar Created the New Calendar!
Later after 3,000 years, in 45 BC Julius Caesar then created a 12 month calendar with 365 days based off the Egyptian calendar. But then after he realized that the earth actually has 365.24 days per year rather than 365, he needed a change. So to correct this and make sure our calendar stayed in correct alignment with our seasons, he then declared that an extra day was to be added every 4 years.

self-expression. Expression of affection builds bridges. It warms
hearts. It can even change lives. When the Moon is moving through
Leo, you will have a stronger desire to let others know how you feel.
You’ll be more apt to tell people that you love them, or express
your appreciation for them. Being honest and vulnerable is about as
brave, beautiful, awe-inspiring, confident, and cool as it gets.
The Gravitational Pull and the Ocean Tides!
During a Full Moon, ocean tides are
higher than usual from an increase in the gravitational pull from the
Moon and Sun. Considering that the body is 80% water, scientist and
astrologers have often thought that similar effects happen in the
body creating almost a “human tidal pull” that can affect brain
function. Also, the Full Moon’s light is being shed on the dark
parts of you, and when you allow yourself to open up, you make space
for deep healing.
Full Moons Affect Sleep!
A recent study conducted under the highly-controlled conditions of a sleep laboratory found that people took five minutes longer to fall asleep on average, and slept for 20 minutes less overall, around a full Moon, compared to during the rest of the month – even when they weren’t exposed to any moonlight!
Full Moon Bathing!
The Full Moon is a great time to ‘Moon
Bathe’ – take a few minutes to sit under the light of the Moon
and Meditate. As you breathe-in allow the Moon to warm your heart.
We are often so busy taking in the energy of world around us that we
forget to take in the energy of the world that lies within us.
Full Moon Reflection!
If nothing else, utilize this Full Moon as an excuse to make time for yourself and to reflect upon the vibes you emanate to the rest of the world. The Full Moon is also a time to be quiet, to find your peace, to let go of some things. Take a deep breath and forgive others who did you wrong. You are actually doing it for yourself. Be kind, and you will always have peace.
A Super Moon is a New or Full Moon closely coinciding with perigee, the Moon’s closest point to Earth, in its monthly orbit.
Intensity of a Super Moon!
A Super Moon is at its most intense when it is a Super Full Moon. There are also several Super New Moons each year. Because it’s so close to Earth, a Super Full Moon looks about 16% brighter than an average Full Moon. Super Moons don’t happen every month because the Moon’s orbit changes orientation as the Earth goes around the Sun. There are usually three of each in every calendar year.
In addition to appearing larger and
brighter than normal, a Super Moon can also affect the oceans. Why
are the tides at their strongest around Super Moons? It’s simply
because the Moon is at its closest to Earth, and thus the Earth’s
oceans are feeling the pull of the Moon’s gravity most powerfully.
Expect higher-than-usual tides for a few days, especially following a
Full Super Moon.
How a Super Moon Affects Us!
A Super Moon brings with it an
opportunity for introspection and to go within. It is a time to delve
inside yourself and to work out what you really wish to manifest for
your life. When you sync your energy up to the vibration of the
Moon, not only will you feel more in tune with your emotions, but you
will also be able to vibrate in harmony with your more intuitive
side.
A Time to Heal!
If you have old emotions, or challenges
coming up at this time, breathe your way through. The Divine Light of
the Super Moon shines brightly into all areas of life, illuminating
any darkness, density, or limiting beliefs and patterns still needing
to be released. You’re being given a beautiful opportunity to heal
patterns, uplift your vibration, and align with your inner light.
Don’t let it pass you by.
Our Chakras!
Since emotions are so easily accessible
during this time, it’s the perfect opportunity to acknowledge and
release them. This will help clear your Chakras and allow for the
healing energy of the Super Moon to work its magic. You can do this
by journaling, which is powerful in being able to express your inner
truths and feelings. You can also write out your intentions, make
decisions about what you really want, and fully embrace your truest
self.
Journaling by a Super Moon!
When journaling by a Super Moon, close your eyes and listen, with stillness, to what you need to hear. When you are ready, open your eyes and gather your paper and pen, and then allow the words or images to flow out onto the paper. Write as much or as little as you feel called to. Decorate the page with drawings or symbols, highlight words, make lists, or just write until there is nothing left to write. Put them away for awhile, until you are ready to read them again, and then analyze your thoughts. Be prepared for some very surprising revelations.

February Astrology: February 3, Mercury Enters Pisces – Logic and Illusion!
February 3rd, Mercury enters Pisces – Mercury vibrations bring thinking that is intellectual, analytical, and precise, but Pisces’ vibrations are vague, emotional, and that of a daydreamer. Mercury rules the way we think. Since Pisces is a water sign, our decisions are colored more by our emotions than rational thought. Foggy thinking, daydreams, and escapism are the norm at this time. Day-to-day realities confound otherwise clear heads when Mercury, the planet that rules logic, is in Pisces, which governs illusion. When Mercury is in Pisces, we tend to have a dual mind that seems different when involved with the arts, due to the influence of the Pisces vibration, compared to when involved in our everyday reality.
February 7th, Venus enters Aries – When
Venus is in Aries, love begins again with Spring. Passion is the
name of the game when the planet of love and beauty passes through
the sign of the Ram, who is known to be stubborn and enthusiastic
when it comes to life – and living it! Venus in Aries is a time
when we go after what we want boldly, and are more easily frustrated
by anything that stands in our way. Aries is ruled by Mars, planet
of action, libido, and aggression, so Venus in Aries is channeling
more passionate vibes at this time. The combination of these two
energies means things are bound to get downright steamy!

sign, Pisces, communicating with others may feel as impossible as
having a conversation deep under the sea. Allow Mercury to nudge you
in unusual directions. If you seem to find yourself “back to the
future”, don’t just try to wriggle out of it — look at what the
Universe is trying to show you. What can you learn from this
situation? This is a fantastic time to re-examine, accept and move
on. You will learn an important, positive lesson if you let yourself
be open to it.
February 20, Conjunction of the Moon and Saturn – Think Positively!
February 20th – Conjunction of the
Moon and Saturn – Emotional maturity is the gift (or the opportunity)
of a Saturn-Moon conjunction. Through the processes of emotional
growth, we can gain clarity about our needs as well as the ability to
fulfill them through work and relationships. Our capacity to endure
hard times is exceptional but there may come a time when we simply
laugh in the face of adversity – the hallmark of a well-functioning
Moon-Saturn connection is a dry sense of humor. Tips for a Moon and
